11 Ways to Cultivate a Relationship with your Intuition
9.20.17 Moon Child Report | Virgo New Moon

As the healer of one’s self, Virgo allows us to tap into our own inner medicine woman. The Virgo is the Virgin, the Sovereign Being. We are able to harness the energy of the Virgo when we allow ourselves to know ourselves from all things as knowing what we need to nourish ourselves, to knowing who we are. The Virgin reminds us that we are whole and enough as we are. We don't need someone to fill our voids rather, we are able to take responsibility for our lives and make the changes we need in order to align with our highest self.

Conquering Psychic Bullying of the Patriarchy

When I think of shadow work, much of it comes from the pain of our past. Stored in our subconscious minds, if we don’t allow ourselves to come from the perspective that the world is unfolding for us, not to us, we allow ourselves to reclaim our power back. To me, this is what sovereignty is all about. When things arrive that may not be all unicorns and rainbows, we can see it as an opportunity to be the alchemist and choose love, recognizing that the icky stuff is arising to be healed, forgiven, and transmuted to help serve the highest benevolence.

embracing kundalini yoga | an introduction to the spiritual technology of the aquarian age

Diving deeper into Kundalini Yoga, it was an honor to be sharing Kundalini Yoga with the masses during my webinar, Embracing Kundalini Yoga. I see how aligned I've been over the past 5 years to anchor in this beautiful Shakti energy to best serve humanity + my soul.  I heard my Divine Guidance + Yogi Bhajan loud and clear, asking me to step up and be the conduit and birth a new paradigm, teaching people the importance of having healthy + safe kundalini awakenings to unlock their inner Shakti so that they may truly experience Heaven on Earth.

the art of slowing down

When you take on this role of a spiritual teacher, you are constantly helping others. This is all I've known. I had to push away the people I love the most because deep down I knew I couldn't give them the love I genuinely wanted to give them because I needed to learn to be selfish and love myself first. Growing up a people pleaser and in the service industry has been the greatest blessing and curse at the same time. I love to give, but it got to the point that I wasn't giving to myself as much as I was giving to others.

you are the guru you've been waiting for

Up until now, we've grown up in a society believing that something or someone outside of us is the one that is going to “fix” us. We travel to distant places, visit healers, participate in ceremonies just so we can be released from the prison we perceive. No doubt, there is a deep yearning right now. While people love to say that spirituality is a “trend,” there is a reason why the spiritual movement has been rapidly growing.

People want freedom. People want to heal. People want to connect with their divinity. People. Want. Answers.

Embodying the Spiritual Activist

It goes without saying, I've been a Spiritual Activist for five years. I remember first starting to write about love and the movement back when I was a young raver girl. I just graduated college and I was so inspired by the movement happening in the Rave Community. There, was this whole principal based on peace, love, unity and respect. That rocked me to the core. I grew up as a depressed girl. Once I stepped foot on the dancefloor, I knew my world would never be the same. It was the first time in my life I felt part of something bigger than myself. I was able to connect with people who wanted to celebrate life and everything it has to offer. It was the first time I found myself happy.

letting go + total surrender

These past two months have been a complete whirlwind for me. I've been shaken to the core and I've been really given the opportunity to release what no longer serves. In the beginning of March, I was rushed to the ER with gallstones. Choosing the holistic approach to release and heal rather than the easy fix of removing my gallbladder, I've allowed myself to fully embrace this adventure.
