As a California native, all the feels have been coming up to the surface to be healed and transmuted. #campfire and #woosleyfire have been catastrophic. People have died. My heart has been hurting. As a Shamanessa, I feel it all, especially when it comes to Gaia and her rage. California is one of the massive epicenters of the Golden Era. We are the Golden State. We are blessed with many terrains. This is a place where dreams are made of.

Right now, we are facing a massive crisis as the whole state is on fire. She’s raging. This is a massive rise of the Phoenix moment. We Californians are strong. A force to be reckoned with. As our federal government refuses to step up, simply because we are a state that can see right through the bullshit of our current administration, the government is retaliating by refusing to give a shit about humanity, saying too bad, so sad like fucking bullies. GROW UP MR. PRESIDENT. PEOPLE’S LIVES ARE AT STAKE.

So what do we do as soul leaders... we step up to the plate and lead with love. This is a grassroots movement where WE THE PEOPLE are activated and ready to serve.
The community and outpour of love and support is felt. We all know someone who’s been affected by these fires. 44 people have died. Animals displaced. Acres upon acres burned. I have friends and colleagues who’ve lost everything, except their spirits.

These have been challenging times. I’ve been reflecting a lot after @wanderlustfest’s #Wellspring event in my hometown of Palm Springs this weekend. The biggest takeaway I had was how can I continue to step up and listen to those voices of my marginalized brothers and sisters that have been silenced for far too long.

Of the over 154 shootings in America this year alone, none of them have been acted upon from a person of color or an illegal alien. Hearing about the mass shooting in a synagogue this weekend made me sick to my stomach. This is a place where people come together in community to worship. We've lived in a world ruled by white supremacy for far too long. Now, it's time for us as Sovereign Leaders to take action and be the change by diving within.

If you haven't this is your opportunity for you to feel your feelings. There is no shame here. The only way out is through and for us to navigate THROUGH this time and space is for us to honor what's arising and to listen to what it's trying to tell us. Embrace what you're feeling. If it's anger, use that fire to light your soul on fire and take action to anchor the new paradigm. If it's sadness, allow yourself to have a good cry. If it's loneliness, use this as an opportunity to meditate or connect with a loved one. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our feelings help us navigate through this tough time in human history. Allow yourself to express yourself and your needs. Reach out. Do something good for the world. You have the power to turn this ship around. All the answers are within. You have full permission to go there and have that ugly cry if that's what you need. Be you, babe. There is no judgement. Sunday, I get to go home to San Diego to celebrate the launch of her second book, Eat Feel Fresh at @riffsstudios.

Simply put, Sahara is one of the most generous and kindest souls out there. She’s been such a good friend to me that she literally didn’t talk to me until I wrote the forward of my book. Sisterhood is everything. It’s so critical to surround yourself with people who see you, people who honor you, people who respect you, people who uplift you, people who support you. This past summer's retrograde period brought me to many deep reflections and realizations about my inner circle, who I am and who I am becoming. Now with Venus retrograde, I’m going within to discover the parts of me that are yearning for my love. All in all, it’s been a journey to find my community of beautiful and conscious souls. I’ve had to go through the muck, get my ass kicked, be treated like shit to realize my worth and what kind of relationships I desire. It boils down to how much do I love myself and how much do I respect myself.
