Everyone has the opportunity to experience a second chance at life. Each of us is destined to become something far greater than we can ever imagine, and it starts by being a kind person. After hearing from Grandmother Ayahauasca that it would soon be time for me to shift and to hold space for Conscious Men on my Podcast, it was just a waiting game to see when the right opportunity would present itself. In comes Luke Storey.  As host of The Life Stylist Podcast, he reached out to me on Instagram to see if I were open to have Cosmic Dudes on the Sovereign Goddess Podcast. It was only a matter of time for me to uplevel this Sacred Space to be all inclusive and feature amazing men doing amazing things in the world. What made this episode even more special is that we recorded it on location at Joshua Tree National Park to truly ground and connect with the Sacred Land.

Luke’s story is empowering and inspiring. Being 21 years sober, Luke shares how he took his life back and upleveled to new heights through practices like Biohacking, Grounding, Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and many other modalities.
