Massive shifts are happening in the collective. Now is the time for each of us to Radiate our Radness, share our Truth with conviction, and to inspire one another to unleash our medicine with the world. After a week staycation, I found myself in a space of deep gratitude, reverence, and appreciation for everything I’ve […]
Throughout my Spiritual Journey, I can truly say that I would not be here today sharing with you the wisdom, the #realtalk, and the empowered Sabrina you hear and see if it weren’t for my Kundalini Yoga practice. I discovered this practice during the most challenging years of my life, fighting paranoia, psychosis, depression, and PTSD after being struck by lightning and a difficult LSD experience.
As a strong Goddesspreneur, we can be defined by our strong inner Masculine. We are strong, independent women, but with that comes the harsh reality that we are out of alignment with the balance between our Masculine and Feminine energies. I know for me, I’ve grown up more on the masculine side because I carried low self-esteem, believing I wasn’t beautiful because of the way my body looked…
There is always such great beauty in the breakdown. We find ourselves filling, filling, filling, until there gets a point where we just explode. Those breakdowns bring forth the greatest breakthroughs, opportunities for you to face your shit and take action to choose again. This is what happened to me, and now, I’m picking up the pieces. You see, I’m all about honoring all facets of the human experience. I believe in the power of Shadow Work. I know that the stars shine brightest in the darkest of nights.
Without a doubt, it’s been rough in the default world lately. We’ve been seeing heartless people make insensitive decisions. We’ve seen separation, natural disasters, devastation, and pain. But we’ve also been able to see another side of the human experience lately. Community, activism, connection, courage, faith, and embracing the Now time and time again. This place we call home is always overflowing with abundance. We have the power to honor and accept it, but it’s up to us.
I want to talk to you about the Spiritual Journey… oh the Spiritual Journey. It’s a wild ride. What they don’t tell you about the Spiritual Journey is that shit can get messy… believe me, I know first hand. Been there. Done that. My story was FAAAAR from being all unicorns and rainbows. My shadows have become the breeding ground for the Sabrina I am today…
When I think of shadow work, much of it comes from the pain of our past. Stored in our subconscious minds, if we don’t allow ourselves to come from the perspective that the world is unfolding for us, not to us, we allow ourselves to reclaim our power back. To me, this is what sovereignty is all about. When things arrive that may not be all unicorns and rainbows, we can see it as an opportunity to be the alchemist and choose love, recognizing that the icky stuff is arising to be healed, forgiven, and transmuted to help serve the highest benevolence.
Ever since I was a little girl, I loved to play with fire. Growing up in the California desert, White Sage was always around. After any gathering, Mom would clear the house and open all the doors to release what didn’t belong in our sacred space. As I got older and dove deeper into my spiritual practice, I rediscovered Palo Santo. As a Peruvian Shaman in my past life, that Plant Medicine became the missing piece in my life. Since then, smudging became my daily ritual.
When people look at spiritual teachers, they automatically think and assume we have it all together. We go out there and share our medicine and inspire the world and our audience to step out of their comfort zones. We encourage others to stop playing small because we inherently know that each of us has something unique to offer the world. It’s a known truth that once we step out of our comfort zone and lead with our heart, we will experience Heaven on Earth, far beyond our wildest dreams.
